Kristie Boyd leads Westward Studio with one goal: bring the creative fire. For over five years, she’s built brands that champion creativity, clarity, and community—when she’s not designing, she’s chasing fresh air on skis, bike tires, or road trips, with her dog, Boca, in tow.
SPENCER DUCLOS

Spencer Duclos is a Reno-born filmmaker and photographer with deep roots in the Sierra Nevada. As the founder of Basin Visual, he brings a sharp eye and grounded perspective to every project—always learning, always chasing the shot. When he’s not behind the camera for work, he’s behind it for fun—exploring the desert and mountains on skis, dirt bikes, and climbing ropes, capturing the places that inspire him most.
CARLA OVANDO
Carla is a visual designer from Buenos Aires, now based in Portland, Oregon. With a focus on brand, UI, and design systems, she brings clarity, optimism, and craft to every digital experience. Inspired by nature, travel, and the tactile world of art and design, she spends her free time exploring coffee shops, dabbling in ceramics, and chasing around her two curious kittens.

ELISE JUVAN
Elise is a multidisciplinary designer originally from New York, now based in Reno. A graduate of Shillington Education, she brings a sharp eye and fresh perspective to every project—drawing from her background in graphic design, set design, and a lifelong love of storytelling. Whether she’s concepting brands or curating visual worlds, Elise is a creative at heart. Outside the studio, she’s a coffee aficionado with a soft spot for film, vintage ephemera, and late-night idea rabbit holes.
